Project & Delivery Management
Planning, leading and delivering IT projects end-to-end as a certified PMP — aligning scope, teams and stakeholders to ship on time.
Computer Science Engineer · Certified PMP · Based in Mexico
I lead the delivery of IT projects by profession — and build electronics, 3D designs and ideas worth sharing by passion.
About
I'm a Computer Science Engineer working full time as an Account Delivery Manager of IT Projects at Softtek, where I lead teams that turn complex requirements into delivered, working software. I'm a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and work fluently in both Spanish and English.
Outside of work I'm a lifelong maker. I assembled my own 3D printer in 2014, design my own parts and electronics, and share what I learn on my YouTube channel. The same mindset drives everything I do — understand the problem, design a solution, and ship it.
What I do
Planning, leading and delivering IT projects end-to-end as a certified PMP — aligning scope, teams and stakeholders to ship on time.
Designing circuits and automating the world with microcontrollers and sensors — schematics and custom PCBs designed in KiCad.
Parametric and organic modelling in FreeCAD and Blender, printed on hardware I built and tuned myself since the RepRap days.
Sharing tips and projects on electronics, 3D printing and design with a growing community on YouTube as @Lalo_Solo.
Selected work
A sample of personal projects across PCB design, embedded electronics and 3D modelling.
Custom-routed PCB adapters for the RISC-V microcontroller in three footprints.
A finished USB hardware product, enclosure and all.
Bringing a classic 8-bit CPU to life from scratch.
Modelling, lighting and rendering for prints and video.
From schematic capture to manufactured board.
Prototyping with custom plug-in breadboard indicators.
Functional parts modelled in FreeCAD, ready to print.
Where the measuring, debugging and tinkering happens.
